Trip charges are intended to cover the actual costs of travel and participation, with no profit added. Before a trip is published, New Horizons Tours will confirm its activities, cost estimate, participant responsibilities, and local coordination arrangements.
We will identify local partners publicly only after the relationship and details have been verified and approved. There are no confirmed programs or partner affiliations listed here today.

Actual-cost trip pricing
Trip charges are intended to cover actual trip and participation costs. New Horizons Tours does not add profit to mission trip charges. For every confirmed trip, we will show an itemized estimate, currency, update date, inclusions, exclusions, and what remains unconfirmed.
Transportation, accommodation, meals, local transport, insurance, training, and other expenses will be shown separately where applicable. Estimates will be identified as estimates; we will not display an invented trip total.

Participation depends on the confirmed trip’s eligibility requirements, local authorization, safety review, and available capacity.
Mission activities must be coordinated with qualified local partners and community priorities. Participants must not work beyond their training, credentials, legal authority, or approved role.
- Healthcare and other regulated work requires appropriate credentials, licensing, scope-of-practice review, and local authorization.
- Public-safety, child-facing, and other sensitive roles require relevant screening, training, supervision, and legal checks before placement.
- References, credentials, background checks, or other role-specific documents may be requested after review. Do not send sensitive documents through this public form.
- Visa rules, health guidance, travel advisories, and requirements will be checked against current authoritative sources for each confirmed trip.
No local organization is presented as a partner until that relationship and its public details are verified and approved.

Are any mission trips confirmed or open?
No. The destinations shown are areas of interest only. No trip, local partner, placement, date, price, or application window is confirmed.
What does a trip cost?
Cost details are to be confirmed. A trip will not show an invented price. When ready, the page will show a dated, itemized estimate and identify included and excluded expenses.
Does New Horizons Tours accept donations here?
No donation is collected on this page, and a donation is never required to register interest or apply. Any future donation process would be separately approved and explained.
Who can participate?
Eligibility, age limits, credentials, language skills, physical requirements, references, and screening depend on each confirmed role. They will be published before applications open.
Can I apply as an individual or as a group?
You can register interest as either. For a group, provide its name, approximate size, and coordinator details. Listing a group does not reserve places or confirm a trip.
Will registering interest mean I am accepted?
No. You will receive a submission confirmation. An authorized staff member reviews the information, and participation is not accepted until it is confirmed directly by the organization.
How will my information be used?
We collect only the information needed to review and respond to your interest. Authorized staff can access submissions. Do not include passport, health, financial, or other sensitive details in this form.
